Les Alzines celebrates the graduation of its first American High School Diploma cohort

This 2025-2026 school year, Les Alzines celebrates a very special milestone: the first cohort of students to obtain the double qualification of the Spanish Baccalaureate and the American High School Diploma, the High School Diploma Dual.

Today, the graduation ceremony for the 10 Les Alzines students who have successfully completed this international programme was held at the Palacio Vistalegre in Madrid. The event brought together more than 5,000 students from different schools in Spain and Portugal, in a very moving and meaningful celebration for all participants.

This group of 10 students has completed these studies simultaneously over the last few years, achieving a milestone that reflects effort, perseverance, responsibility and the ability to overcome challenges.

The Dual Diploma Programme is an opportunity that Les Alzines offers thanks to its agreement with Academica Corporation, allowing students to obtain two qualifications at the same time: the Spanish Baccalaureate and the American High School Diploma. In addition, the programme offers an international academic experience that especially strengthens linguistic immersion in English, digital and technological competence, autonomy, responsibility and personal maturity.
