Dear families,
Girona Reads With Les Alzines. Under this theme, reading will be the focus of this school year. In kindergarten, we aim to actively and participatively foster a love for stories and literature among the children. For this reason, the starting point will be a mental map, a web of connections at the kindergarten entrance in which we will all participate.
Therefore, we ask for your collaboration. It’s very simple!
What is your favorite story?
Write the title of your favorite story on the mental map at the kindergarten entrance and/or paste a picture of the story.
Feel free to use your native language or any language you know.
Leave comments on other people’s story titles.
You can also bring books written in different languages to class.
The goal of this initiative is to share and discover the wide variety of stories that exist, the many languages we speak, and inspire our children to explore new stories.
