4th ESO - Pastorets organization

Dear Families,

As you know, your daughters have been enthusiastically preparing for “Els Pastorets” since the beginning of the school year.

We have held rehearsals during the morning and midday breaks, but now that the date is approaching, December 20th, we believe it is necessary to dedicate more time to it.

Here is the rehearsal schedule:

• Friday, December 13th: from 3:00 p.m. to 4:50 p.m., at school.
• Tuesday, December 17th: from 3:00 p.m. to 4:50 p.m., at school.
• Wednesday, December 18th: from 2:45 p.m. to 4:50 p.m., at La Sitja in Fornells.
• Thursday, December 19th: from 9:00 a.m. to 1:20 p.m., at school.
• Friday, December 20th: all day at La Sitja (Fornells).

All students are required to attend these rehearsals, even if they are not performing on stage, as each one has an important and essential role to play.

On Wednesday, December 18th, we will travel to and from La Sitja by school transport.

On Friday, December 20th, students must be at La Sitja in Fornells by 9:15 a.m. We will meet there directly. Students must arrange their own transportation to the venue; public transport is available. We will rehearse all morning until midday. Students from 1st to 4th grade Primary will come to watch us.

Students who usually have lunch at school and wish to do so can request a picnic to eat after the rehearsals. After lunch, if time allows, we will rehearse a bit more and prepare for the first performance, which will take place at 5:30 p.m.

Your daughters must bring the signed authorization form, which will be distributed before December 15th, and hand it to their respective tutor. If the authorization is not provided, they will need to stay at school.
