Aprendamos a Amar

At Les Alzines, we are committed to the comprehensive well-being of our students, which is why we are pleased to share the valuable collaboration we carried out last week with Aprendamos a Amar, a renowned institution with more than three decades of training experience in affectivity and sexuality.

This year, we received the Aprendamos a Amar workshops for our 1st ESO (puberty), 3rd ESO (adolescence) and 1st Baccalaureate (affective maturity) students. These workshops, made up of four sessions, have been designed to address topics relevant to the age and maturity of our students, offering a safe and educational space to explore their concerns and questions about these very important topics.

Our 1st year ESO students had the opportunity to participate in a workshop on puberty, a crucial stage in their development. Beyond providing information about physical changes, Aprendamos a Amar's approach has been to delve deeper into the meaning behind these changes, helping our students understand the importance of these processes in their emotional and personal development.

In addition, the workshops have provided a space to explore the emotions and feelings associated with adolescence, promoting the acceptance and appreciation of these changes as a natural part of growing up. This comprehensive approach has strengthened our students' self-esteem and equipped them with skills to relate healthily to themselves and others.
