2nd BAC - End-of-term trip to Nairobi

Dear families,

As you were informed at the parents' meeting, the school is organizing an end-of-term trip to Nairobi, Kenya, where they want to promote solidarity as well as ensure that it is a very good farewell to Les Alzines for all those students who want to participate.

For parents who are interested in this solidarity trip to Kenya, we announce that we will have an informational meeting on Wednesday, October 18 at 8:30 p.m., in the school library.

The agenda will be as follows:

• Organizing committee.
• Number of seats.
• Price
• Approximate dates.
• Travel agency that manages and processes tickets and insurance.
• Necessary documentation.
• Vaccination required.

In order to help defray the expenses of the trip and to be able to collaborate financially with the organization that welcomes us, so that we can improve its resources, during the course many types of solidarity activities will be carried out, led by the students 4th year of ESO, 1st and 2nd year of Baccalaureate. We will inform you about them so that you can participate in this school project, which already started at the time with the solidarity trip to Peru and which continued last year in Nairobi. Our hope is that it will continue year after year.

We inform you that attendance at the meeting is essential so that your daughter can participate in the aforementioned trip.
