6th PRIM - Elective subject

Dear families,

We are contacting you so that you can choose your daughter's 1st ESO elective subject: we want to clarify the criteria that the school determines to be able to access them, so it is important that you read all the details .

• Working by skills. To deepen mathematical and linguistic skills. It will be taken by 6th grade students who have an AS average in the instrumental subjects (Catalan, Spanish, Mathematics and English), subject to the recommendation of the tutor.
• Optional English elective subject. Deepening of the language from different areas.  It will be taken by 6th grade students who have an AS average in the instrumental subjects (Catalan, Spanish, Mathematics and English).
• Optional German or French elective subject. As you know, both German and French are a second foreign language and this represents an additional effort. If one of these two electives is chosen, it must be taken compulsorily in 1st and 2nd ESO, with the possibility of continuing it in 3rd and 4th ESO. AN-AE average final grade of the instrumental subjects (Catalan, Spanish, Mathematics and English).

We recommend that you talk to your tutor to finish consulting your doubts and thus make the best decision.
