ESO: 1st Assessment Exams

Dear Families,

On Thursday, November 21, Friday, November 22, Monday, November 25, and Tuesday, November 26, students will pause classes to take the 1st assessment exams.

1st and 2nd of ESO: They will have one exam at 9:00 a.m. and another at 3:00 p.m. The time slot from 11:30 a.m. to 1:20 p.m. will be used for review or studying for the afternoon exam. On Tuesday, November 26 (last exam day), they will have one exam at 9:00 a.m. and another at 11:30 a.m. to allow regular classes to resume at 3:00 p.m.

3rd of ESO: They will have one exam at 9:00 a.m. and another at 11:30 a.m. On the afternoons of November 21, 22, and 25, there will be no classes so they can study. On Tuesday, November 26, classes will resume as usual at 3:00 p.m.

4th of ESO: They will have one exam at 9:00 a.m. and another at 11:30 a.m. (Exceptionally, on Tuesday, November 26, they will also have a final exam at 3:00 p.m.). On the afternoons of Wednesday, November 20, Friday, November 22, and Monday, November 25, there will be no classes so they can study. Thursday afternoon, November 22, is already a non-school day.

Dining service will be available for students who regularly use it.

Students in 3rd and 4th of ESO will have classrooms available for those who wish to stay to study at school or need to wait for school transportation.

Please note that we will give 3rd and 4th of ESO students an authorization slip, which you must return signed, indicating whether they will stay at school or leave during the free afternoons on these exam days. For 4th of ESO students, the regular non-school afternoon (Thursday, November 21) will be managed as usual, following the authorization signed at the start of the school year.

We remind you that if they will not be using the regular school transportation service, the secretariat should be informed.
