2n BACC - Cultural outing

Dear families:

On December 20th, 21st and 22nd, students of the 2nd year of Baccalaureate will make a university-cultural outing to Pamplona and San Sebastián.

This trip is part of the university knowledge project offered during this course. On this occasion, the students will visit the University of Navarra, where they will have a guided tour of the different faculties and the University campus and will be, in situ, university for a day. During these days in Pamplona, ​​we will stay at the school: "Luis Amigó", which is located in Mutilva, very close to the Navarrese capital.

Below we detail what the activities will be:

Monday, December 20th:

• Departure at 9am from Les Alzines
• Noon / afternoon: Visit to Zaragoza
• Night: Arrival at the “Luis Amigó” school

Tuesday, December 21st:

• Visit to the different faculties of the University of Navarra
• Tour of the University Campus and lunch in the University dining rooms
• Visit to the University of Navarra Museum
• Pinchos dinner in Pamplona

Wednesday, December 22th:

• Go to the city of San Sebastián
• Visit to the Tecnun Engineering Campus, for interested students
• Visit to the city of San Sebastián
• Return to Girona. Approximate arrival time, between 10pm and 11pm.

The price of the departure is 165€ and includes the trip, the accommodation at the “Luis Amigó” school and the meals corresponding to these days. The students will have to take the food of the first day and some euros to go for skewers on the night of Tuesday December the 21st, and for lunch on Wednesday the 22nd.

The school may issue a receipt on December the 3rd for the amount of the exit or make the payment in cash before December the 10th. It is convenient to specify the form of payment in the newsletter.

The students will live together without a mask during all meals, they will sleep in rooms of 6 to 12 people, and they will make a long journey by bus; For this reason, we will inform you shortly about new guidelines that we will carry out to take care of all of them in the best possible way, we will also explain it to your daughters at the time of tutoring.

If you plan for your daughter to make this trip, you must deliver the ticket that we have given to your daughters before Friday, December the 3rd.
