1st and 6th PRIM - Bucal examinations

Dear families,

The Catalan Health Service has scheduled bucal examinations for students who are currently in 1st and 6th grade. CAP Montilivi dentists will travel to our school to do them according to this schedule:

• Monday, March 27, 2023 - 1st PRIM A and B
• Monday, April 17, 2023 - 6th PRIM A and B
• Monday, April 24, 2023 -1st PRIM C and 6th PRIM C

We send you the information from the Department of Health and the printed form for your parental leave, which you must send to your daughter's guardian before the day of the review. Without this permission it cannot be done.

This review is free of charge for parents. We will send you the report in paper format.
