Dear families,
As we previously informed you, on Monday, March 31st, the CAP Montilivi vaccination service will visit the school to vaccinate your daughters.
To facilitate and speed up the nurses’ work, they have asked us to collect the vaccination record in advance. For this reason, we kindly ask you to ensure that your daughters bring their vaccination book to school between tomorrow, Friday 21st, and Monday, March 24th.
We will make a photocopy of the document and deliver it to the CAP. The vaccination book will be kept at the school until Monday, March 31st.
