4th ESO - Fun and cultural visit

Dear parents,

As we informed you at the quarterly meeting, this year as an extraordinary activity of the 4th grade of ESO, a fun and cultural visit to Tarragona has been organized for the coming days 10, 11 and 12 May. The plan of the visit will be as follows:

Wednesday, May 10: Girona - Port Aventura

• Meeting at Les Alzines at 7:45am.
• Departure at 8:00am.
• Arrival at the hotel in Port Aventura *, distribution to the rooms.
• Free day to enjoy the park.
• Lunch with ticket inside the park.
• Dinner at the hotel and accommodation.

*Hotels 4* of the resort formula roulette: Port Aventura you will indicate the name of the hotel one week before the arrival of the group.

Thursday, May 11: Tarragona

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Departure by bus to Tarragona.
• Meeting with local guides to visit "Roman Tarragona".
• Lunch.
• Afternoon: return to the hotel, dinner and accommodation.

Friday, May 12: Port Aventura - Girona

• To have breakfast.
• Lunch with ticket inside the park.
• Day to enjoy the park.
• At 18:00h: return to Girona.
• Around 8:00 p.m.: arrival at Les Alzines.

We would appreciate it if you were punctual in dropping off and picking up your daughter.

The price is 300 euros. Includes:

• Bus journey.
• Getting around Tarragona by bus.
• Two-night stay at the Port Aventura hotel on a half-board basis (buffet type).
• Lunch and dinner on the first day, accommodation, breakfast and dinner on the second day.
• Breakfast and lunch on the third day.
• Local guide for the visit of Roman Tarragona (1 guide for every 30 people).
• Unlimited access to Port Aventura Park + 1 free day of access per person and stay at Ferrari Land (according to the opening calendar).
• Free Wi-Fi in common areas.
• Travel insurance student policy 905001.

If you have no problem, 120 euros will be billed on February 15 and on April 5, the remaining 180 euros.

The school reserves the right to admit based on the behavior of the student.

Attendance must be confirmed to the tutor before February 7 by handing in the signed footer ticket. Students who do not participate will have revision classes at school.
